Hello,

some people report that everything works except that no sound/message is played when you press the "Play" button in the voicemail tab.

Most people could resolve this problem by changing the soundfile extension in the vmxml configuration file:


  • Go to the vmxml installation directory on your asterisk server

  • Look for the configuration file called "vmconfig.php"

  • Search for
    Code:

    $fexten = ".wav";
  • Change to
    Code:

    $fexten = ".WAV";
Done.
